I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. The room, while basic, was extremely clean and had a light and airy atmosphere. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and taxis for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh fruit and toast. great value for money with nice amenities, friendly staff, and a comfortable room with a nice bathroom and a huge bed.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms are nice looking with a huge bed and our experience is absolutely amazing. There is a good choice of facilities in the room such as : climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The hotel's staff is very amiable and attentive. The venue has magnificent and absolutely perfect setting in El Poblado district next to all the amazing restaurants and coffee shops and the hill from the popular area of Parque Lleras and restaurants and shops all over Poblado and Parque Lleras.

Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom in the family room, which was great. Also, loved that there's a Pizzeria right across from the restaurant here! 🍕

Modern facilities, tidy, comfortable bed, hot shower. Good breakfast, polite and helpful staff. My favorite part was the friendly and helpful Sebastian. Convenient location near restaurants and nightlife. Short walk to supermarket and metro station. Lovely views of green surroundings. a great stay.

Room and Breakfast enjoyable. We went for a weekend break and the room was spacious and clean with all amenities and a comfy bed. The breakfast was good too, with plenty of variety and tasty choices. the location was perfect, very close to the restaurants and nightlife we sought out.

Extremely Steep Hill and Poor Television. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on the top of a really steep hill that proved too much of a workout for us.

Our family room was complete with a huge bed and nice bathroom, as example. Liked the location close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's located up the hill from the busy area which we found refreshing. The staff were attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We appreciated the airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. In addition, the free toiletries and flat-screen TV were great amenities.
